REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

At Pippa Todorson, we are committed to delivering high-quality garments and exceptional craftsmanship. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return policy below.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

Standard items purchased through our online store may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unworn and unused;
• In their original condition;
• Returned with all original tags attached;
• Returned in their original packaging;
• Accompanied by proof of purchase.

Items returned in a condition that does not meet these requirements may not be accepted.

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

Please include:

• Your order number;
• Your full name;
• Your email address;
• The item(s) you wish to return.

Once your request has been received, we will provide instructions for returning your item.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

We do not provide prepaid return labels and do not cover the cost of return shipping.

We strongly recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot be held responsible for parcels lost or damaged during return transit.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are considered final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded:

• Made-to-measure garments;
• Custom-made or personalised orders;
• Items altered at the customer's request;
• All items purchased during a Sample Sale;
• Gift cards.

Sample Sale items include sample garments, photoshoot pieces, fashion show garments, showroom samples and display pieces offered at specially reduced prices. Due to their nature, all Sample Sale purchases are final sale.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at info@pippa-todorson.co.uk.

Each case will be reviewed individually and, where appropriate, we may offer a repair, replacement, store credit, or refund.

REFUNDS

Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Original shipping costs, customs duties, taxes, and import fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.
