Welcome to Pippa Todorson, a brand where creativity and passion for design converge. I am Peppi, a Bulgarian designer with nearly a decade of experience in London’s vibrant fashion scene. Pippa Todorson is more than just a brand—it is a reflection of personal growth, resilience, and the artistic journey I’ve undergone.
As a proud member of the British Fashion Council (BFC) and the founder of Hip Curve, I took a step back from fashion following a year of health challenges. During this time, I sought a new perspective on life and creativity. After regaining my strength, I returned to fashion with a renewed sense of purpose, rebranding my work under the name Pippa Todorson. This name marks my return to my roots, blending my Bulgarian heritage with an English twist.
The passing of my beloved mother was a turning point in my journey. A vivid memory of her sharing stories about a striking dress from socialist-era fashion magazines sparked a creative awakening within me. This inspired me to launch Pippa Todorson - a brand that seamlessly blends 1960s-70s aesthetics with modern, urban sensibilities.
Each piece I create is a fusion of my European heritage and the contemporary energy of today’s world. With Pippa Todorson, I am building a brand that honors the past while embracing the future—one that speaks to the timeless elegance and power of design.
STUDIO
During that year, I found solace and inspiration within the walls of my home studio, where I dedicated countless hours to crafting my designs. Perched by the window, overlooking the tranquil expanse of the river, I was greeted each day by the sight of the Thames barriers and the gentle signals of passing ships. The distant echoes of their horns and the soft glow of their navigation lights became a symphony that fueled my creativity. As I pondered the possibility of expanding into a larger workspace, I couldn't shake the undeniable pull of the River Thames. Its serene presence beckoned me, offering a sense of peace and inspiration that I found nowhere else. Longing to remain within its embrace, always just a glance away, I knew that the river would forever hold a special place in my heart and in my creative journey.
